School of No Fault
Any of my loyal readers that have been in Shanghai will know just what foolishness this Shanghai Daily guest editorial is. The writer seems to be of the school of expatriates that believe that cultural differences excuse any behavior - even if it is life-threatening behavior. China has one of the world's highest traffic death tolls per capita.

Something that I did notice about the drivers in China, they don't seem to get angry when someone pulls in front of them or cuts them off. In other countries they would be screaming and cursing. Maybe they are screaming on the inside but they show no facial expression.
How come we didn't get to see that part of China? That dude has been sucking up to much "haze" that he has lost any concept of reality. They will run you down!!
